  • 10PRL Studios is a 6,500 sq ft loft in Long Branch, NJ, featuring mirrored dance studios with natural wood flooring, high ceilings with tons of natural light, and RGB-lit cyc wall for professional photo/video.

  • 10PRL is your third home for your business, passion and creative expression. Enjoy huge discounts on space usage, with a set-it and forget-it payment system, and share an easy google calendar with a like-minded community of arts professionals just like you.

  • Enjoy open access to our 3 studios, use of our content creation spaces, work space, dressing room, kitchenette and coffee & tea station

 
 
 

STUDIO A

5,000 sq ft pillar-free studio featuring a pre-lit 20'x22'x12'h cyc wall and corner black wall.

Studio B

1,200 sq ft natural light studio features aged exposed brick and full mirrored wall.

Studio C

800 sq ft natural light studio featuring coffee/tea station, work area, lounge area and kitchenette.

MEMBER APPLICATION FORM

 

To receive special member pricing, all memberships are annual (1-year) commitments. Customized options (e.g. summer rentals) are available at higher rates. All member bookings are typically under 20 guests and are shoots, rehearsals, classes, or creative gatherings, with the exception of Tier 4 ‘event.’
